RESPONSIBLE AI PRINCIPLES

MANUS 360 is committed to legal, ethical, and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI), and as further defined by our AI Policy. 

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) within our business can create value, improve the quality of our work, accelerate delivery of our products and services, and can be a competitive advantage. AI can also disrupt our company objectives, our partner relationships, commitment(s) to our customers, individuals, and society. Therefore, MANUS 360 has adopted the following Responsible AI Principles:

Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Accountability: The governance of AI shall be defined in policies and practices, and shall be risk and compliance based. The organizations shall be accountable for our use of AI, and how our Responsible AI Principles are continuously enforced, for which we shall be responsible. 

Reliability and Safety: AI usage shall be reliable and safe, minimizing the risk of unintended harm. This includes implementing measures to prevent unintended consequences, secure life cycle management, and address the risks of our use case scenarios. 

Explainability, Transparency, and Confidence: AI systems should be interpretable, allowing humans to understand their operations and the meaning of their outputs. AI derived outcomes should be based on reasonable and transparent understanding of AI systems, and create confidence in our continued use. 

Fairness and Inclusiveness: Our use of AI systems should create fair and inclusive outcomes, and we should manage bias to avoid unfair discrimination, support defensible perspectives, and protection human rights. 

Privacy and Security: AI systems must protect personal and business data and ensure its confidentiality and security. The organization employs mechanisms to achieve and sustain necessary protections. 

Awareness and Literacy: Our use of AI shall be based on awareness and literacy to ensure that AI improves intended business outcomes, and our ability to identify necessary corrective actions. Our ability to practice our Responsible AI Principles is only as good as our ability to understand and accurately evaluate our use of AI.
